There are people in my workplace who ask "why did you set your IDE to dark theme?". How do I convince them that turning off the lights above my cubicle, lowering the screen brightness and having a dark theme is the best thing ever to concentrate?

Not to mention earbuds and a hoodie.

How do I convince them that once you turn to the Dark Side, there's no coming back?

    I love dark themes, but when switching back to eclipse (I am forced to for some langauges) I swear my eyes start to burn.

    Just install a dark theme on their ide and walk away, they’ll hate it first but learn to like it

    I got a tint put on my glasses, now the world has a dark theme

    (Not joking, 43% pass through, totally a good idea my headaches are gone now)

    @seraphimsystems I used to have glasses that transitioned into shaded glasses for several years. Got the first pair in 8 years without this feature.

    When will someone create a browser which will change web pages to dark theme dynamically!
