I created a random website a month ago (a project which took me about 2-3 weeks)... made for developers.
But unfortunately I didn't find anyone interested, just a few users that used it once (ok, I spent nothing for marketing and posted it only on my Twitter and on Product Hunt).

I spent about $4 for the domain, maybe someone will find it useful and it wasn't a waste of time and "money". 😅
Please don't see this as spam, I earn nothing (free website, 0 ads), I created it just for fun and maybe to be a little useful for app developers.

    Anyway, everyone can post his experience with the app stores and also insert (as I did) the name of his app, the link to the store and also a twitter username (if have one)… for free

    Posting rants in your uwp and putting newlines renders differently in official app

    Can anyone else on Android confirm that have the same problem?

    As always it looks good on Windows, web, iOS..
    Fucking Linux.

    @JS96 well it only happens when you write a rant in your app

    I think the "enter key" event in your app is "space key"event in devrant official
    And pressing "enter key" two times in your app means "newline" in devrant official

    @CozyPlanes I have iOS.

    Anyway, the fact is that the new line on Windows is "\r\n", on Linux and MacOS "\n", on OS X (and works also on iOS) "\r".

    And I thought I fixed that, but it seems I didn't… on my app is just "\r".
    Which for obvious reasons works on Windows, iOS, web, but doesn't on Linux (Android).

    I'll release a fix soon.

    I feel there should be some kind of container at the top explaining it first, if I wouldn't have read your comment, I tbh wouldn't have known what it is, also don't be afraid like that lol we are glad to see random stuff youll do

    @JoshBent p.s. on Desktop you can see a brief description, but it's hidden on mobile (because it's responsive)… I need to fix that.
    And of course I need to make a longer description.

    @JS96 it's not responsive for me? you could on mobile also wrap the stores into a container that has the overflow x scrollable and adjust the padding that way that theres a slight cut into the next content, so the user knows theres more to scroll sideways to

    edit: ah I guess you dont have the meta tag set to zoom and set to device width, thats why it scales it pretty small
