I would like to get a little bit into functional programming.

Haskell if you wanna fry your brain
Ocaml if you wanna fry your brain faster

I've been liking clojure a lot recently. Can also use clojurescript which let's you write clojure instead of javascript and you can even use something like hiccup which let's you make your HTML with clojure data structures (which is awesome). It's kinda nice being able to write both your front and backends with the same language.

I did a school project in Erlang and I liked it a lot. Haskell was horrible...

Elixier seems like a good thing to learn, it's built on top of erlang.
