@electrineer usually recruiters have nothing to offer.

Step by step guide to work as a recruiter.
1) search for open positions.
2) search linked in for people with similar looking skills
3) spam victims until someone agrees to talk to you.
4) contact the hiring company and offer your candidates.

Or just write a 5 line python script to do it for you as it will probably do a better job than most recruiters.

@ItsNotMyFault That is correct. I have talked with hundreds of recruiters and they were all worthless and none of them led me to a job.

I wouldn't complain, I'm jobless atm, and if they write or show interested I feel kind of honored. It's nice to be sought after, doesn't it?
