have done that. It fucked up the entire system so I gave up and reinstalled it.

I feel the same way when moving python symlinks...terminal and terminator didn't work.

Damn I wish Linux distros would package the right version of Python for the right program in a way that said installs are visible only to their dependents so I could maintain my own versioned installs in /opt or ~/.local ....

@RantSomeWhere I was a python noob, and as I was learning python 3.6 and not 2.7, I said to myself "Let's erase python 2.7 so I don't get confused" What a big error.

@Electrux In that time I used Ubuntu, (i now use Arch) I remember going to the GRUB Screen and booting Ubuntu into safe mode, and someway I installed Python back.
