What ever happened to the teachable moment? It seems to have been replaced by the insultable moment. I was fortunate enough to have mentors who didn’t immediately assume the worst of my intelligence when I asked a question. I’m going to try do the same.

It doesn't do anyone any good. It's bad for the team, it's bad for the company, and ultimately is bad for them as well. They're ruining everyone's lives just to feed their ego and their feeling of superiority, their fake seniority.
