It's hilarious how in corporate they try to force you to 'think positively'. You can't say: "I'm having a hard time at work and the people I work with are shit". No, you have to say "This is a challenge and a growth opportunity in a new and unexplored territory". Man, fuck you and get real.

And then all the real thoughts go to the watercooler talk.

    So, my cousin did all internal trainings and shit and was thanking for all opurtinities and shit on the linkedin. So totally corporate slave. She got fired in reorganisation. How does that feel?

    Don't fall for all the mellow stuff, in the back, they're doing hard business.

    @retoor What the fuck! That is some unfair and backstabbing bullshit. Yes, they are. It's important to stay calm because they play the dirty game as well and even the managers do.

    @jestdotty Hm force indirectly through repetition, rewording and directly by telling you to abide by a set of company rules such as not being negative/aggressive etc, not even micro-aggressive.
