The effectiveness of any meeting falls off steeply after sixty minutes. After that, it doesn't matter how important the content is. It's just a waste of everyone's time.

@highonsleep on my previous job we did scrum meetings standing up. Also, the scrum meeting should take up to 15 minutes. Of course it took about half an hour many times.

@highonsleep no issues man..😉😉.. when we started with the scrum meetings it was a stand-up where quickly everyone would update their status and discuss their blockers .. took 15 minutes or so.. slowly this turned to be a bitchin session and then the meetings were never ending.. was as boring as hell..
