Really hate it when you're dragged into a long meeting when you're not supposed to be there

This is my most painful thing trying to look interested in what is being said when you really don't care just want to crack on with work!

@sedev yeah especially when you're so into the zone already then they tap you that it's time for the meeting

@jaytrixz yep and you know the only reason they are taking you in there is if they get stuck on a technical question and don't want to look stupid, they can deflect it to you.

I once got invited to a meeting by mistake. They picked the wrong Colin. Didn't realize until halfway through. It was too late to leave by then, especially since there were customers. So I just sat there in silence the whole time pretending to listen, left, and never spoke of it again.

@cjhowald you could have made the real Colin look really bad if you had played up, started asking really intense questions and butting in every minute ;)
