Use the 'change password type input to text input' on a website where they have their password saved in the cookies to reveal it in front of them (do nerd-looking-stuff like opening the horrible windows black terminal, typing 1 and 0 in it, ... then, with a dramatic face, tell em that you're working on a top secret project with fsociety and that the FBI/NSA/TrumpFamily is after you. Eventually warn them that just by knowing you their life and the ones of their family could be endangered. Then evil laugh for 15 sec (!important) and you should be fine for some time

When I got asked this, I just replied asking them to do something that carried the same 5 years in jail possibility. Unsurprisingly people are not so keen to reciprocate the risk.
