I open the box and ...surprise.

The support guy replied 'I don't see the problem', Well I do.

Seriously, what's the problem? Charger is not functioning as supposed? You are not in Europe and you hoped to receive a different design/fork?

Do you know what is funny? You cannot use the insurance you buy on their website if you 'charge the phone with a not original charger'.

I mean was it advertised as 100% original or unopened box? If it was just advertised as complete ya just got what ya got. I would suppose you bought it from somewhere other than direct from google because it was cheaper 😏

@jeeper nope. Just because I live in norway and google store doesn't sell smartphones here.
I'm italian, but I can't even send it to my family because on the italian google store there is only the pixel 2 XL (too big for me)

It's a never ending story.
I still have to buy a phone btw :(
