I never owned an Apple product. I prefer other stuff.

But kudos to Apple for bringing sexy back with the Liquid Glass.

God fucking damnit I miss the Windows 7 days. We didn't appreciate it enough.

Yeah I‘ve been waiting for the comeback of glass UI since Windows 7, too.

Although this is yet another exhibit of Apple’s pathetic way of making themselves look innovative by copying others, im very intrigued by it.

But listening to the guy who announced it was painful as fuck. Made it seem like something you’ be d be jerking off to.

    “Nnnh truly delightfulllLl” 🤤

@Chewbanacas to be fair, all sessions are full of cringe

But what you guys really did, is not appreciate xfce enough. Remained unchanged since ever.

@Lensflare True. Just watched the Developer Vent for Angular 20. Goddamn like how does noone tell them to not be so pathologically positive? Like im some sort of shill saying “hell yeah, the features I LOVE now became even BETTER. Gotta go to my friends and criticise them for using React”

Ugh apple is a total cult.

I've been in actual sex cult with naked german girls and a headbald guru and gangbang and everything and it was still less cultish than my time at apple

For now the glass UI is shit. It looks bad and for some reason everything is buggy.

@retoor i3 is better. Windows are useless, real men use tiles

@antigermanist Ew. Tiled managers are overrated. Mostly made for pretentious kids

@iiii i used to think that but i3 is very simple

    ctrl+enter: start a term

    win+number: go to workspace

    win-maj-number: move to workspace

that's it really. Way less clutter than xfce and its icon and moving things around

@antigermanist I know. I've used it for some time. It is usable, but not that much useful compared to normal window managers.
