The only reasons I'm with my current employer is because;
1. I interview bad
2. Too lazy to update my CV

Number 1 might !be my strong suit, as well. But then again the interviews themselves might be the problem, given the types of questions w/ which I have been presented.

There's also a bit of a drought in the job market for my position, so that is definitely a factor.

still working on it now by practicing iv questions

@jestdotty record all interviews, put transcripts through some LLM for feedback or even find a mentor who could review the recordings and give tips. That's the fastest way to get better.
