Today I got to my new office. After booting my PC I noticed, that my phone-client isn't working.

I wrote an Incident to our helpline, telling them my phone isn't working.

After one hour I got an mail:
"Dear XYZ, we couldn't reach you at your phone. Please call back so we can fix your issue"

FUCK YOU WTF! ARE YOU GUYS RETARDED? READ YOUR FUCKING INCIDENTS! MOTHERFUCKING CUNTS!

    @hell I could call from another desk, but I need my "Service ID" which I didn't recieved...

    And no there isn't an email adress I could write to... Cunts.

    Same happened to me in one government service. I sent a mail saying "i forgot my userid and there is no option to recover" with my registered mobile no. and other things, after 1 wk i got reply like "please send your userid so that we can help"...

    @hell Precisely!!

    Every place I worked at if they wanted to connected the phone I'd tell them not to bother. If they insisted I'd put it on permanent DND or "accidentally" unplug the cable.
    Every couple of months someone would figure it out, "fix" it for me and then I'd do my bit again 😂

    @SteffTek had the same with them (same company..) next time just call them with your private phone, it's wa, easier to call them instead of trying to write emails.
