Friends laptop crashed while a BSOD. :'D

Open the Dell, reseat the LCD cable.

Thats the windows paradox. If you crash while windows sends crash data it will report the crash data of the crash which doesn't exist because there is no crash data for a BSOD.

Have fun reinstallin.
