Update on the asshole trying to come visit me, according to police he was dead drunk, further look at the offline CCTV he even tried to knock on my backyards glass sliding doors (only accessible by CLEARLY trespassing) and my neighbours saying he was yelling incoherent shit, I got also basically told "we can't do much, because he hasn't hurt nobody nor destroyed anything".

    #FuckThePolice?

They're basically saying that people are allowed to roam around your property to an uncomfortable degree as long they don't hurt or break anything......smh.... Protect and Serve these nuts

I bet they'd be keen to speak to you if you bashed him round the face with a cricket bat

    Here's my solution...

@CodeBane well he didn't kill me, so what's the issue right? 😉 might be able to get the case transferred though.

Isn't trespassing private property without authorization a crime in your country?

@JKyll I'm in a more posh area, so the police gets called for all sort of bullshit, guess they just had enough of it with everybody.

@JKyll they even transferred like 30 people away from our department last year, so if e.g. somebody would drive by here it'll take them a good 40 minutes to arrive

Same problem with tha Po lice everywhere....
Here it's with gypsies, If you call the Po lice because of gypsies they say there is no unit available , even if there is a police car 100m from the site (True story, passed through this... Fuking agent says no patrol is available and I'm looking at one parked...)
The only solution is to sue on a civil court and wait a few years for nothing.

Here we have a similar problem. If someone breaks into your house with a gun to steal, the only thing we can do so the law will support you is just ONE shot/attack IF the person is turned into you AND threatening you.

Any other case and the justice sees is as "He was a poor man that is hungry, tried to get some food in your house and was brutally attacked."

So he will go to court for "Trying to steal something from you" and you go to court for "attack/murdering someone".

On the other side, if you just call the police while he is breaking in, you will have to give some details on the phone, as the places nearby your home, how the police do to arrive there, you will have to say if the burglar has a gun an answer other questions. After that, you will wait for 1 to 2 hours until arriving someone.
