    @xzvf haha thanks, I have a fuck ton of ideas, e.g. integrating my scripts natively into the app :)

    That is cool.

    @irene cross-platform client (could even embed it on desktop), though I'll only have it for android at first, once it is fully cleaned up I'll fully open source it. Gotta just later make sure things are alright with dfox and trogus, won't release it to the play store anyway.

    Looks neat! Perhaps I should get into making an Android app for my tablet as well.. since the original devRant app doesn't seem to like landscape mode all that much. Mind if I take inspiration from this design?

    Wuhu, I'm famous. 😁

    What's your tech stack gonna be?

    @Wombat will use you for all examples to come probably too, because once I have some name and text I keep it for further examples haha

    @Condor I wouldn't want two apps look the same to be honest haha, so I would appreciate if you do your own - I plan on adding custom styles support though, so maybe you could just wait and release your own theme for it, since every single bit of it will be customizable :) (landscape won't be a problem either btw)

    @Nino9612 Cordova :)

    @JoshBent I don't mind.

    @JoshBent Gotcha, I'll try to come up with some kind of layout of my own then :)

    Ah sxxy

    @Wombat stop posting so much

    Nice! It would be hard for me with a menu on top though on this s9+ :/
  • 2
    @Skriptkiddy use side menu, slide in

    @Condor didn't want to sound like some sort of modern artist dick trying to claim rights to what is just some border-radiuses, but it's just confusing if there's two apps looking the same, mainly why I also tried not to take any parts from devrant, to have a clear distinguishable difference between the two, sorry.

    @Skriptkiddy interesting, thanks for your input, could probably just implement a setting for that then to solve it :) (especially because I can just seperate the top bars into its own container and then just force it down via some style)

    @JoshBent absolutely. A media query should fix that quickly. <- @karma

    @Skriptkiddy I wouldn't want to force vertical layout logic like that onto a user, so I'd rather just have it as a "stupid" setting that the layout just aligns to, though maybe I could have that as an "auto" setting.
