    People who don't like
    People won't fix the
    People issues in tech

    Doesn't seem correct?

    But so does:
People who don't like people won't fix the people issues in tech

I have the feeling interpunction should be placed somewhere, but I can't figure it out.

What are the people issues in tech ?

Problem is when you take a normal person and make them work in the techmine for several years they will be an abnormal creature.

We don’t work with people. We work on code and when you code for 2000+ hours a year and we get out the dungeon everyone wants us to behave like them.

Managers, marketing, hr, sales talk all day and we work in the mines all day. They talk and talk and mingle and socialize and kiss up or whatever (run on sentence). So they get really good at socializing. We are like virtual miners who come out of their mines and have social issues.

@Codex404 Try "people, who don't like people, won't fix the people issues in tech."

Actually, no internal punctuation probably is the best way to write it, but even better would be to abandon cleverness and choose better words for "people issues" since that sound more euphemistic than it does helpful.

    This is some r/dontdeadopeninside stuff.

After thinking about it for more than a split s cond it does make sense, but at first glance? No.

Not like the people who claim to "like and stand behind people" like Coraline Ada are fixing shit either.. they're just making it progressively worse and more toxic.

Why the fuck do people issues in tech matter?
Talk is cheap. People are irrelevant.
The only thing that matters is the code.

    And the pay, obv.
    We won't work for pittance.

Honestly the only people issues in tech are the fucking idiot managers and sales people, and these nutjob SJWs declaring people issues in tech are more important than the tech.

If you don't write code, your opinions of the field do not fucking matter. Die in a fire.
