I must say I already like Google home. I use it way more then expected.

Walking into the kitchen with my hands full, ey google put the kitchen lights on.

Walking out of the house for walking the dog. Ey Google turn the lights off. Might not saving that much energy with that and Google home probably uses more. But it almost feels like I'm helping with the climate.

Also its really handy that I can just say pauze when I walk to the toilet instead of searching for the remote. Wich the dog probably hid somewhere. And I can shout where is my phone. And it starts ringing.

Also the ability to ask simple questions. My sister is in America right now and now I can ask how late it is before I wake her up.

And it knows the store times, its al little things but it is making my life a bit easier. And a fun gimmick to impress less tech savvy people.

So I'm wondering where this tech will take us. It's a bit like a terminal but then with speech. The possibilities should be endless. Might have to look into if I could make something useful for it myself someday.

@MisterArie AI and VR will definitely become more advanced before we die (I hope). Will they be good for your privacy and shits? I don't think so. But will they be helpful. Definitely.

I just see those as cars and aircon and fridges and factories from tech revolution era. They were definitely useful to human. But then all this climate and environmental issues were related to those.

New tools and technologies will come. And they will definitely harm us in some way. But we are all lazy 🐒. Most of us don't really care about harm and risks. We just want things done without us moving a muscle 😆

Another analogy might be using a knife. You gotta know what you are using can kill someone or even to ownself. But it doesn't mean you have to try to tear the meat off with your teeth. 🤔
