actually i do put it just for work so i can focus on doing work and not get distracted

A lot of times I just put them on without music or anything just to use the noise canceling haha

It's weird how some people walk up to me at office and start talking. And I have my headphones on. I just see their mouth opening and closing, it takes me awhile to put Spotify on pause and then I calmly remove the headphones and say "Hi, can you please repeate everything you were just babbling".

Sometimes I put on my headphone without music playing. I think it’s just mannerism taking over me

It's called "concentration"
(But ignoring is good too)
