"Our site works better in the app," they claim. But I can't magnify text in their app, can't zoom into images and can't select and copy text?

Your site only works better in the app, because you make your developers restrict the web app on purpose to deceive and effectively force your users to use a native app for no other reason than to collect more data and push unsolicited spam notifications into their face more easily.

Ironically, you can disable unwanted bullshit in an app much easier than in a web app.

@Lensflare ?, no. I can't stop ads in youtube app. I can stop ads in browser youtube. I guess it prob depends on settings. But there are websites I never knew had ads until I saw them on mobile where there is less control.

If that's the case, they just have work to do imho instead of posting such lazy message.

RocketChat, has a beautiful message in their frontend for when it crashes. Who the fuck has that, like if it's normal. The fact that they actually spent time on that message instead of fixing the issue is like WOAH. What a mentality. RocketChat is so dead. Do you know that you get a remote chatbot within your local hosted instance? Also, if you register x users on your local hosted instnance, your local hosted instance is gonna nag you to upgrade subscription or something. What subscription fuckers. And it's so freaking heavy, even within communication. Snek always works (on my potato connection, reason why it's made, potato vps hosting and potato connection). Regarding that it's a big success because it always works. But RocketChat, like totally not! Uploading doesn't work by default on a bad connection somehow. Also, my x270 can't barely run the frontend. Snek has live typing and is faster.
