Hello, community, how do you relax between encoding, when you take a pause after hard task?)

If I’m at the office, I water my plant, go to the bathroom, see through the window for a while or practice my cirilic alphabet on my notebook for a few minutes.

When I’m working at home, I play videogames and then I go back to work
