That's true for nearly every software with a UI around.

@ddephor that’s bullshit. Reasonable software vendors don’t arbitrarily change the UI in their applications with zero warning or documentation.

Jira is horrendous for catching me out with shit changing overnight. I literally have to re-learn the interface on a daily basis. It fills me with hate and rage.

U can use on premise version ^^

@kLue I can’t just switch to on prem just like that. the overheads are too high.

@sicjoke KDE, Gnome, MS Office, Android. With every major release they changed the UI big time.
Every big website like Amazon or Ebay do a makeover every few month and change the UI for no good reason.

Every time that happens I struggle to relearn the UI and if I'm familiar with it they change it again. It's awful.
