I am a 1st Year CS student, should i complete atleast one intern this year? Or any CS topic or subject to pay more attention to?

focus, as a first year fresher doesn't bring much value to the employer.
But find an internship for next year.

During the seven semesters bachelor's degree (including a half year internship) at my university of applied science in Germany, a mandatory full time internship is usually taken during the fifth semester (of course students can do it at any other time).

If such an internship is not required, I would recommend doing one after the fourth or third semester during the time between two semesters after the exams. Of course you can do earlier if you want and have time.
