I consistently get help tickets that don’t involve program errors. It’s just “This data that was input is incorrect. Fix it.” And I’m still wondering why my company doesn’t properly train the actual help desk people to deal with this... why am I fixing data input issues. I went to school for this goddammit.. 😂😂🤬🤬
