I volunteered my time for a few projects - early days, I didn't start my dev journey until I was 18 - 19
Also between these I was in sales and managed an e-commerce store for a retail business (the operations not the dev)
First professionally paid programming job: 24 -

It was visual basic that got me into programming.
I enjoyed making my first lucky 7 program.
Then I moved to c/cpp with my first challenge to make a triangle using * as char.
It was an awesome experience.
Credit to my brothers too to whom inspired me to try out programming -
Hazarth95015y24 was first job I was actually paid for programming long term.
I had a simple website project paid at like 20 before once, but I didn't particularly enjoy that gig -
Don't know yet. I finished my study (software development) a few years ago and went to work as a Linux engineer, then.
Never been a professional, paid for, coder.
