I wrote a random programming joke generator with the JokeAPI in PHP and it insulted me:

@Demolishun I would argue that being turing complete doesn't make something a programming language. I mean you can use it to program, but it is not a programming language.

Just like I can use my mouse to write text by clicking on a virtual keyboard but that doesn't mean my mouse is a keyboard.

I came for the joke, but left with a shit ton of reading on what is or isn't turning complete. Y'all are alright
