This is the most crazy, ugly, beautiful, stupid, and genius thing I’ve seen all year:

Donate to Wikipedia one time and they haunt you for life. They’ll send you email after email and they are all rather ridiculous. On top of that be prepared to be hounded by phone as well. They are the equivalent of a roadside bum that keeps asking you for more, and each time you give he says, “Is that all you got?”. Frack whoever put this strategy in place, they’ve annoyed me to the point where I’d rather not give again.11

If they are a good PM just do your job, they’ll leave you alone. If not, just throw some of that micro management back at them. Tell them you need at least an hour of their time to show them how to properly hold a pencil, but that if they need to hold off on that it’s understandable as they have plenty of flaws to work on. That should make things fun

Have a side project going to rebuild some of my old projects in rust, I’ve really been enjoying that experience.

Someone made a summarized version of the rust book. Still worth picking up the real thing, but this is handy.

Shout out to the Amazon app error page. Really would like to place this damn order, but this helps3

I had spent all night writing a series of nested loops, my dream was me circling in an old above ground pool like I would as a child. We used to try to make a whirlpool by trying to run along the wall.

Forcing the dev to be the only one doing QA should be considered animal cruelty. That's like making the plumber take a shit after every new toilet installation. That was a terrible analogy.3

DigitalOcean, really just because of the pricing. I will say though that kubernetes in Google cloud is much better than what DO offers, so if cost wasn't an issue I'd probably prefer it
