    It's not that bad if you use OOP in php.

    @dindin I'd call Java slightly less terrible, for the simple reason that I just can't tolerate the idea of a server oriented language that decided "let me just have a type system that would rather return garbage than produce errors"

    just wait until you get hired as 3d-hololens programmer/prototyper, and then keep being assigned bugfixing and extending various ASP.NET intranet apps, as happened to me =D

    Got hired as a Java developer, first day found out it was a C# team, moved to PLSQL in a year, jumped into AS3 out of insanity in 2 years, and now finding peace in using React legos to make toys... and stuff.
    Development is a crazy lifestyle like that.
