the thing about internships is that someone is teaching you 1on1 and you get to know how a company culture works and what they expect from you in the daily busines.
I never heard about remote internships and i do not think that this makes sense. Sorry for not beeing helpful. But you could try write all those remote companies on www.remoteok.io -

I would love to know what you plan on learning from an internship that has no business knowledge transfer for the day to day routines.
I would say get an internship That's not remote, get a junior role, or freelance.
Edit: there is more to dev then just code, understanding how a business operates and the way people work, gives you the ability to predict how to implement things without the constant back and fourth with meetings that will chew up you're time for changes and improvements.
