The reason for typos is limiting the amount of people. We are smart enough to recognize a scam and they filter us out by these mistakes.

My parents once got a fake PayPal invoice. It was 19.99$ for PornHub and apart from the link it looked perfectly genuine! So much, that even I thought it was real at first. iirc they even spoofed the sender.
