Can't say I've experienced that. I'm going to assume diet, lifestyle or genetics are to thank for that.

Root797675yI have absolutely no eye strain?
So, I suppose: dark mode all the things (if you want to), and change your colors/brightness/saturation/vibrance so it's beautiful and doesn't hurt your eyes. High framerate also helps. Don't use anything less than 75hz because ugh it's awful, and that absolutely hurts my eyes. I also usually use blue filters? that might help? or maybe it just doesn't affect me. idk.
Honestly, the only electronic device that hurts my eyes now is my phone because it's broken and has a thick super bright pink band all the time. -
I have a reminder to look away from the screen every half hour or so.
After a few hours I take a 10 minute break where I don't look at any screen. -
- eye drops
- blinking
- staring through the window to the distance for several minutes every now and then [when you contemplate you don't have to be looking at your screen]
- breaks -
Quirinus7525yDont go late to sleep, get up early, have a good length sleep in the dark. On schedule. That will help.
