Petition to change ++ and -- to upquack and downquack

Some may pond-er that suggestion, but personally I think it's a terri-bill idea.

I think you're quacking mad. But who knows what @dfox and @trogus might do today.

What about just an update for supporters that
1. Let them change notification sound to quack.
2. When they upvote something, a rubber duck squeeze plays.
3. Downvoting plays the same sound, trimmed from middle and sped down to make a sadder quack sound.
