Not receiving any replies is very normal. Think it like the other way around. If they didn't offer you the internship, you are not the one losing something. It is them!

Don't get dejected. Keep your spirit high. You are the only person to know what you are capable of. So first believe in yourself and keep trying. Life is not a one-time hit/miss thing, after all
