Sexually harass your co-worker at home.
and she cannot go to the manager about it.

    I understand where you are going from. I think if you can display the same behavior in front of your and her parents , I consider it teasing.Otherwise I consider it sexual harassment.

    The point I am trying to make is the rule on what is consider sexual harassment. To put it more bluntly won't touch someone ass in front her parent. You won't right, since it is consider sexual harassment.

    If you can do the action in front of her parent = not sexual harassment

    if you cannot do the action in front of her parent = sexual harassment.

    I will not comment about signal since I don't know how it work in your culture. If I am not mistaken you are saying that "If you signal is too obvious (like she is holding a sign that she like you) , go for it."
