Any android master know how to send my phone's GPS coordinates to a webserver ?
I want to create a small application that can locate a person live and I can view it on my browser.

At least figure out how to, if you want to spy on someone

Use a service worker, for educational purposes, you can set it to update every 10 secs to send coords to server. Don't forget that you need their consent or to be their guardians to legally track them.

Write Android app, get gps data, send to webserver using sockets.

Or use a shell script. Even easier.

@Linux Most phones don't have /dev/gps.
"dumpsys location" should work

@melezorus34 No, ADB access should be enough. Once wireless ADB is enabled, even normal apps can try to use it on the device they are installed on (the user has to consent to it and only a few Android systems can directly open wireless ADB without being connected over USB).

@melezorus34 Depends on the device. You should have access to the DUMP permission on most phones.
