Use a service worker, for educational purposes, you can set it to update every 10 secs to send coords to server. Don't forget that you need their consent or to be their guardians to legally track them.

@melezorus34 No, ADB access should be enough. Once wireless ADB is enabled, even normal apps can try to use it on the device they are installed on (the user has to consent to it and only a few Android systems can directly open wireless ADB without being connected over USB).

@melezorus34 Depends on the device. You should have access to the DUMP permission on most phones.
