@Letmecode Unfortunately, It won't help finding another job because most businesses stick on the same area. I'll probably use the same commute routine. Hahaha the futility.

I have a long commute but I can use mass transit so I can read and rant. Is it possible to take a train or bus?
-
@philcr I wish I could ;)
But I don't think businesses here are 'open' enough for that kind of work. After all, they might fear devs will just slack off, which I strongly disagree.
The time and energy I could save if I work remotely, I believe will increase productivity :) -
@Jumpshot44 Commuters using trains and buses here can be described as being a RAR archive with the highest compression ratio ;)

xios16438yYou work for a business. Maybe present them a solution that produces more value? Instead of commuting you put in 2 hours more of work and stay at home? Company wins 2 hours your win 4?

BashJS11538yU can utilize ur time by listening to audio books while you commute. There are many programming audio books available too. Programming podcasts are also good. :)
