I know a person who tries to manage this and sometimes succeed but the nature of their methods makes me think that we all are so unique that their methods maybe won’t be effective in your case so you have to invent yours. Also EBM psychiatrists are your friends, but neuroleptics should be avoided at all costs but I’m not a doctor
