sadly it comes at a cost if we use it to much.

Alternatively, you could use their gui, but send strings in the URL and just drag the response out from the xml. Would be free, wouldn't it?

@NoMad the Azure (API) one gives more characters but charges more when you exit the cap.

Bing and Googles translate pages are basically the same though, and throw some shitty responses back to the client. so picking that up and trying to read it... not the greatest for a "simple" bot.

@C0D4 remind me again by Saturday, I could probably throw a simple python script together to do it for free by dissecting the gui.
