Reminds me of my days back in Windows3.x-support when I talked a non-tech user through a session of using debug.exe to patch in the correct port addresses for the COM-ports in order for Windows to correctly detect them - all over the phone ;-)

We recently had photos taken for my company's new site/rebrand so I just put 3 instances of hackertyper up on my screens just to confuse clients.
