Interviewing their "technical director":
Q: "How do we get access to the data?"
A: "Yes, the data is stored as (insert really unknown data type) files on our servers.
Q: "Ok, but how can we access the data from you? FTP?"
A: "Umm, I will give you the link to something... I mean the folder".
