    But... what if you want a div to look like a block quote, or a span, or marquee.

    Bootstrap is designed around everything being reusable, regardless if it's appropriate or not.

    Please never tell anyone from marketing, that marquee still exists.
    I haven't seen it in use for years now and would like to keep it that way.

    This tag is fucking rare. I’d styled it by tag name, not by class name.
