Agree with the peeps here: Better to have direction & motivation than a destination.

@cuburt I think that's OK, as long as you are fine with changing the destination.
If your plan for reaching goals is too strict, setbacks can completely destroy all motivation — and sometimes when you get closer to your goal it's not what you expected at all.
Better to make course corrections often, and without regret.
I have a solid 10-year plan.
