Move on, best thing you can do. Learn from it by knowing the next time what exactly you don't want to have as a team. Not as prejudice but as something to keep in mind.
I once worked with a team that never answered any questions to me as a newcomer. And were too damn lazy to even create a Jenkins or GitLab or whatever Account. Not even adding my ssh-key to the Server register.
Working with poor teams is awful, I feel u mate
