Today six friends of mine were fired, they didn't know about it, while they were working HR called them and fired them, CEO talked to me explaining reasons of their decision, trying to convince me. I don't care about reasons, its not about reasons, its about behaviors, people are not resources.

When this happens, I remember what my managers told me all my life "be loyal to your company!", but they never mentioned the company won't be loyal to you.

happened to me once.. am sdure there was a deadline somewhere n head developer choose people to rant about to the Ceo way ahead of time

It's legal to fire even without any reason! Just they must pay one extra mounthly wage
