I just mistakenly replaced 48 hours of work with the old files... I think i'm gonna die. Someone please help me if you can.

    @ilechuks73 No, i copied and replace from local directory and had not committed the new code.

    @yowhatthefuck I tried control + z... The old files got deleted and now the directory is empty. Also tried easeus but no luck.

    If you used vsCode you would have a .history folder.
    Beyond that... guess who's redoing 2 days work 🥳

    @GiddyNaya how the fuck can you do a 48 hour work and not save even once? That is beyond my comprehension.

    48 hours? Not a big deal. Just fix your workflow and redo the work - using your experience from the last try to refactor it on the go.

    Which filesystem do you use? Is it NTFS or EXT2/3/4? If it's NTFS, I don't know what to tell you. But there is hope if it's an EXT system.
