@BirdLawExpert he did and I delivered on what he wanted...I didn't do the formatting (capitalization of letters for data types ) as he wanted.
I then redid the work exactly as the document but still wasnt impressed -

@devHawi when inwas a salesforce consultant my company did something similar to me (even though i was a subject matter expert in several areas and had worked tier 2 support for salesfirce for several years) it turned out they didnt close a single one of their 8 contracts they had in the pipe for the quarter and were looking for a way to avoid laying me off. So i took a couple of months off went to jeweler school (have gi bill and just wanted to learn something new) then a bootcamp. Turn it into a positive and use it to springboard your career in a positive direction, im about to finally start a dream job! I wouldnt have ever switched careers had i not been fired.

New Year New Surprises 😳😛
What happens when you give a database design to your boss as per what he wants done, he sees it is not impressed, scolds you, curses you out and claims you are 'fraud'. Then you tell him you can do better to redeem yourself...you submit the work better than the first time
And then he terminates you due to 'lack of proficiency'.
