Excel crashes after some minutes (sometimes seconds) of working perfectly if I have the WakaTime Excel Add-in... correlation doesn't mean causation, but wtf?
I want to report it but I don't have the time to look for logs and Excel shit.

    Why do you use it

@electrineer To show my boss I am actually doing more Excel shit than coding, so he can see I am not exaggerating.

It's a sign to stop using excel that often :p
Not sure what you're specifically using it for, but anything beyond basic table creation and data exploration should be done with something like R or Python where applicable imho..

@NEMESISprj As you can imagine, it's not my choice.

Btw the Excel was 260+ columns long, so I hid 255 just to see what would happen and it works well now. Why did it work well when the plugin wasn't there?

@c3r38r170 you should look at the resource usage of excel, perhaps your device simply cannot handle it? Or maybe there's some limitation in that plugin dunno.

Also, the faq on their site show this as log location, perhaps check that: $HOME/.wakatime.log

@NEMESISprj Cool! I'll check that. I'm pretty sure my device is enough, today I've been using it with a decent load without any problems.

@c3r38r170 well, I hope you find something useful in the logs, good luck!
