I got a reply that first one is in uppperacse and second one is in lowercase.

No offence but your question was worded that way. I think you meant to ask what a log level is and what the different levels do

@asgs there was nothing wrong with the question, It was a visual question means I literally pointed figure at two different section of document and asked the question.
He/she had more than 24 hours to read that and understand atleast what log levels are. But that's not the concern. I had to control my laugh cause that answer was coming from a CS graduate.
