The only book I can recommend for CSS is this one
https://amazon.com.au/dp/...
But on a serious note, i don't think i have a legit CSS book on my shelf, it really is a play and learn kind of thing. -
A book is a single source of knowledge, mostly self-opinionated by the author...
While I like books, I'd say: Don't trust a single resource, always be judgmental and don't see one resource as "the" single source of truth.
;) -
@IntrusionCM not my first rodeo bud, thanks. But I still want book names for my collection, and there is such thing as the "the book" in terms of complete reference or proper usage.
Take the K&R book, Lua Programming by Roberto Lerusalimschy, etc etc. -
I think 'the book' would have to be a bible on CSS. So I did some research and here I provide to you:
- 'CSS - the missing manual' | https://amzn.to/3aENRMk (seems to be a popular book among webdesigners)
- Bulletproof Web design | https://amzn.to/3uhHhDp
- CSS Mastery | https://amazon.com/dp/1430223979/
- CSS: the definitive guide | https://amzn.to/3ucPWqV (I personally love these series)
- Handcrafted CSS | https://amzn.to/3buHKK6

I like finding "the book" for a particular technology. Be it libraries, languages, concepts etc.
I have many for different languages or paradigms. But I noticed that there is one in particular that I do not have something for: CSS
So, my lads, what would you say is THE book in CSS?
